We have minimum night stay requirements during some periods of the year. Shorter stays do sometimes become available due to other reservations and when they come up we list them here. If you don't see a shorter available stay for your desired travel dates, please contact us via e-mail or phone and whenver possible we'll do everything we can to accomodate your reservation request.

NEW YEAR's
Have you celebrated New Year’s Eve in Ptown? Provincetown knows how to bring in the new year. It’s a special time here and the Somerset House Inn makes it even more special. December 30th cocktail hour includes Bob’s famous ‘LOVE POTION’ (toxic margaritas) and our New Year’s Eve cocktail party starts at 9 pm, so start the evening off with a few cocktails or ring in the New Year with us.
On New Year’s Day you wake up to an extended breakfast. It's all included in your three night (or more) stay, please see our room page to check availability.

Book the room of your choice for five or more nights and receive a 10% discount off your entire stay. Women's Week in Provincetown - It's one of the best events in town! Please mention this discount when making your reservation.

WEATHER GUARANTEE
Okay, we do not actually guarantee the weather, but we do the next best thing, we give you a break if the weather is bad. We are open year round and we would love to have you come visit during the "off season". Did you know that Provincetown's daily average high temperature never falls below freezing for the winter months?
So here is our guarantee: Book a room with us during the "off season", if the weather turns inclimate, you can postpone your reservation and not lose your deposit.
A few guidelines do apply:
1. Eligible dates: December 1-December 20 and January 5-April 15.
2. To postpone your reservation you must call no later than one day prior to your scheduled arrival.
3. Deposits may be used in full for a future reservation.
