Provincetown Summer Update

A Somerset House Inn update:

All guests who rare fully vaccinated and 2 weeks out from their last dose are not required to wear face coverings or masks when in the common areas of the inn. Face coverings or masks are still required for public and private transportation systems, healthcare facilities and for facilities housing vulnerable populations. The Department of Public Health issued a public health advisory on May 29, 2021 that advises all non-vaccinated persons to continue to wear masks in indoor settings and when they are unable to socially distance.

Most retail shops, galleries and restaurants assume that you have been vaccinated and will allow you to enter without a mask.  Some may request you wear a mask upon entering their establishment.  We advise that you bring a mask with you and wear one when requested by an establishment.  Many clubs do require a proof of vaccination to enter, please be prepared to show the door person your vaccine card.

With everyone’s cooperation we’ve almost made it through this pandemic.  We are still seeing some effects including a worker shortage.  Please bring your patience to Ptown, the waits may be a little longer at a shop, restaurant or a night club.  We’re all in this together, please be patient and enjoy your time here.
